Paris is fuckin sick, dont let what you hear about a place judge wether you go or not. I am sure most of you are familiar with Bercy, the famous Parisian skatespot. Its the spot where Kenny Hoyle does that super huge nollie back 180 in the transworld vid, and its got ledges for miles. So anyway i roll up to it, skate some ledges for a bit. There is a large crew around the stairs with tons of media. I move closer and watch as one guy switch flips the big 3 perfect. The locals were watching. I sat down and realized that it was Mike-Mo skating. Damn. He started switch flipping the big 4, a 12 stair size. Few tries and it was perfect. He started warming up to the big 5, fucking huge. He tried a few and kicked em away. I skated over to where he was starting from and said to him, "Mike, do this one for Obama" (Europeans love Obama by the way) He said, "You like Obama?" Sure was my response. (I did vote for him though) He landed on one giant switch flip and ate shit, and he was over it. I also saw Brandon Biebel there chillen, as well as Jeron Wilson and Lem Villamen. Funny that I randomly run into all these fuckin pros in Paris. It was amazing to watch the sesh go down. I proceded to 5050 the shit outta some ledges and whatnot. Fun times were had by all.

I am going to be in Barcelona on Friday for one whole week. I have nothing planned, just wake up and head out the door with my board.

SOTY 2008

Alright people, go to the Thrasher site, get that vote off nahmsayin. I am voting for Sheckler... seriously. Logan I am very excited to do Meth with you. I am leaving Italy today, lots of fond memories here, although i am kind of getting sick of seeing the same 12 people all day every day, for the most part. I am gonna get some footy in Barcelona, yesterday one of the girls in my photo class filmed a trick and it turned out pretty good for her first time filming skating. I cant wait to see the promo for Kream Up.

I have been listening to lots of music lately, or mostly just the same songs over and over again on my iPod as I sit on trains. Some songs just say to me, "I gotta be in Kream Up v.1" So here is my list of songs that I would like to hear in Kream Up. I dont know if they could even go anywhere, but let me know what ya think.

- I Kissed A Girl (katie perry) - Something about this song just makes me wanna hardflip in slo-mo HD.
- These Eyes (GuessWho) - I can see the credits rolling after the last ender ender to this song.
- Bust It Baby pt.2 (Plies ft. Ne Yo) - This song should never be in a skate video, but we can make it work. \
- Umbrella (Rhianna) - Pure fucking genius. Love this song. We owe it to Rhianna, lets put her in Kream UP!
- Poppin my Collar (3-6 Mafia) - I can see it now, the Kreama team all steppin out of my car in slo mo, poundin beers and throwin excess money around. Also, i think we should include Legend in our intro at some point, he can step out of the car and play air guitar!. If we dont use Cash Flow I say we gotta use this for da intro.

Anyway these are just suggestions for a cool soundtrack. I am so fucking pumped for Barcelona. It also looks like I am gonna spend a few days in Paris as well. Maybe some footy from there who knows?

Wine Pong

So the other day on my way back from Rome, I had some time at the Perugia mini-metro station. Some kids were skating out front, and I had my board, so i pushed around for a bit. I also ollied this lenghty 10 stair there, sometimes you just gotta take flight. It was pretty fun. After that I was on a bus home for two fucking hours, seriously Italian busses fucking suck. Get back and go straight to an Italian Heavy Metal concert at a harley ralley. Turns out that the band is also staying at the villa. We get home from the concert and set up wine pong, we have no beer. Rock n rollers come out, we explain pong to them, one guy kinda spoke english, they rolled a fat joint, we all got high, and old woman came outside to tell us to be quiet, got to bed at 3 am. Le vibrazioni is the name of the band, check em out.

I am coming home soon, on the 7th or 8th of November, but not before Barcelona!

you can always depend on the kindness of strangers

This morning i learned that some random people will sometimes have your back completely. Last night i went to a bar, very close to my hotel in Rome. we drank and talked to some dutch kids. zou je myn snor willen beryden translates to "would you like a mustache ride" in dutch. anyway, all my american friends left to go to sleep, i stayed at the bar, talked with an Afghani man who told me that he hates america, understandable i suppose. next thing i remember, i am standing outside with some italian dude in my face, i think he was asking me if i knew how to get home. fucking language barrier is so frustrating sometimes. fast forward a few hours to me waking up on the floor in some random apartment in rome. oh fuck. i did not lose a thing, except maybe my sweater but i gotta go back to the bar to get that. i am very greatful. one person cared about my well being so much that they offered me a place to stay for the night. would you let some foreign person who did not speak you language and was totally wasted sleep on your floor? hell no i wouldnt, but maybe now i will. last night i was at an unsafe level of drunk, and it wasnt good. i also got back to my hostel a bit too late and missed my friends there, so now i am waiting in the lobby of this place, using the internet, just kind of waiting for someone i know to show up.

i have not been skating that much lately, but i guess i can wait until barcelona. later

Milltown DAMN!!!

So here is my part from my video, Milltown DAMN!!!, that I made my senior year. Watching this just brings back such fond memories for me of skating after school and filming whatever we could. I am pretty sure that my Kream Up V.1 part will be better, well lets hope so anyway.


Also, I am going to Oktoberfest this weekend in Munich Germany. I am bringing one pair of clothes, my camera, and my drinking shoes. It should be a fucking wild time.

By the way, Tyler Bledsoe of Next Invasion fame is now on Fourstar clothing, moving up in the skateboarding world from humble, rager beginnings.

Interlaken

So i went to fuckin switzerland this weekend, their mountains make our mountains seem like pussy ass bitches. I stayed in a town called Interlaken, in the attic of a hostel for free, not to mention it was above a bar. Pretty good setup. I skated a bit, not too many fun spots, good flatground. I ate at hooters, nice hotwings. Other than the mountains switzerland was pretty boring. On the way back though i skated the Milan Train Station, which was in fully flared. I think Lucas Puig back tails the top ledge to 360 shuv out on it. I only had ten minutes so i just hopped on a 5050. Some Italian ass family sat down on my ledge and i left to catch my train, kind of hoping I woulnt make it in time. So anyway i have class tomorrow, then its off to Florence to see some art n shit nahmsayin. And I have a mustache, fucking brilliant.

Euro Update

So I just got back from Venice today. Place smelled like piss (not paulius), had nothing to skate, but did have cool art. I am back in Perugia now, its raining, hard. Gonna try and go into town this weekend sometime and do some skating, they have a nice indoor park here somewhere that i wanna hit up. My non-skate-non-halo-photo buddy might come with and film some shit. I found a cool little plaza here. Anyway I have just been shooting lots of photos, I seem to be traveling a lot, not much skating, I met a hot Albanian girl named Gerta on the train, gonna get some coffee with her later this week perhaps. I am growing a mustache as well, three of us are in a mustache growing contest. Fuckin killer baby!

So i arrived in Italy last night, this place is beautiful. Its warm and sunny, I am ready to skate soon. Anyway, I spent some time in Manchester, then London, then Amsterdam! I walked across Abbey Road, saw Big Randy (i heard that some people call it Big Ben), skated South Bank, that was fun. Amsterdam was good. Stayed in a five star hotel for two nights, then a shitty dirty hostel the next. Went to the Van Gogh museum and the house that Anne Frank hid in. Hit the town and went to a "coffeeshop", which is a codeword for a place to buy and smoke weed. I smoked a spliff with two nice english chaps, and hit the town and baught a gram, rolled a fatty J, played pool and smoked that shit son! Left the bar and walked around the redlight district, crazy shit. Prostitutes knock on their glass to try and get your attention, and you look at them and they roll their finger at you like "come here!" its best just to keep walking. Saw some really, really fat black chicks in black leather behind the glass as well. Heiniken was cheap, and the pancakes were amazing. I went to a fun skatepark, http://www.skateparkamsterdam.nl/english/page2/page2.html. Skated back through the city and found some fun stuff. I am going to explore Perugia and see if it has any skatespots, and hopefully do some filming.

Booze? Weed? Vincint Van Gogh? Prostitutes? Five star hotels? English people? Anne frank? Skateboarding? Amsterdam is an amazing city and I will have a lenghty post as soon as I get to the villa. You guys broke in a beer bong without me!? All beer bongs have names, think of a good one!

Party in da club, bottles full of Cheeky V

so last night, hit da pub up, drank fosters and had a burger and chips (fries), drank cheeky V which is an alcoholic drank that tastes like a juice they have here. went to a club with darren, stephanie, and a bunch of his friends. the club was so fun, they played indie rock, most songs i recognized from skate videos. everybody drunkenly sang along, it was perfect. somebody was shooting photos. i was dancing with some girl named Emma? Emily? I dunno, i could not understand what the hell she was saying with her english accent in the loud club. I drank cheap beer and redbull vodkas, i spent a lot of money, but it was well worth it. It was fun telling people i was an american, they were amped. I kind of want to go back soon. I am going to get some Smiths and Joy Division from Darren, because they are all from Manchester.

So here I am in Manchester UK. pretty place. I slept for 15 hours last night due to jetlag. TJ Max is known as TK Max here. Its raining here. I had some free time before i go to a pub so i made a team montage. Rhianna is playing on the radio. I heard Dont Stop Believin on the radio today at an indoor ski hill. God bless america!

Europe... blimey!!!

I leave for europe in a few days, and I must say that I am very excited. Three whole months in Europe!? Fuck yeah! I am bringing my shitty video camera along (complete with screw-on fisheye lens) in hopes of getting some Kream-Up V.1 clips. Although the trip is going to be amazing, I will miss my friends and family, my dogs, my bike named cum-dumpster, the kreamaz and the bozeman skatepark, and getting drunk on my porch, but its not like I am gone forever, its just three months. See you in November. I will post updates on this shit so check often (for the five of us that read this thing).
